This service is currently in beta. Features may change, and the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis while we continue to develop it. These terms may be updated as the product matures.

By accessing or using the Mesh platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

When you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, upload unlawful content, or use it to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Where the Service is used to sell goods, each store is operated by its respective merchant. Prices, availability, taxes, shipping, and refunds are determined by the merchant. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers subject to their own terms.

The Service, including its software and design, is owned by the platform operator and protected by applicable law. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to host and display it as part of operating the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service during the beta period.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
